Although other EPSCoR participants may have read access, they will not have write access unless the Project Lead has requested it through the steps listed above. When the EDAC sysadmin gets an OK from Renzo and/or Karl, they will create a new Subversion repository and a new TRAC environment. The EDAC Sysadmin will then create users and passwords and assign permissions accordingly and send the login info to the users via the supplied email addresses.
