New Mexico EPSCoR, in partnership with the National Science Foundation (NSF), held "NSF Day" on March 17, 2011 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Albuquerque, NM. More than 200 people attended this one-day workshop focused on the NSF, its programs, mission, and budget, as well as the proposal and merit review process. Attendees enjoyed general sessions on these topics through presentations from the NSF Officials, as well as concurrent directorate sessions, with subjects including:

• Tribal and Community College Programs;
• Education and Human Resources;
• Social, Economic and Behavioral Sciences;
• Computer and Information Science;
• Biological Sciences;
• Engineering;
• Geosciences; and
• Mathematical and Physical Sciences.
