New Mexico Highlands University seeks a highly qualified M.S.

New Mexico Highlands University seeks a highly qualified M.S. candidate for a degree in Life Science with a specialization in Natural Resources Management (Water Science/Water Quality). The student will participate in a study of stream nutrient dynamics at the Valles Caldera Preserve, Jemez Springs, NM. Funding is provided by the National Science Foundation NM EPSCoR project, "Climate Change Impacts on New Mexico's Mountain Sources of Water." As part of the larger EPSCoR project, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact with researchers from throughout New Mexico and the western U.S. Applicants should have a B.S. degree in Watershed Science, Hydrology, Range Science, Environmental Science, Natural Resources, or a related field. Experience in field water science is desirable.
